Our short-term rehab at Belle Fountain is a bridge for those individuals leaving the hospital, but are not quite yet ready to return home.
Our highly trained staff is committed to providing the highest quality rehabilitation. Our Center’s rehabilitation services include physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, speech therapists and restorative nursing staff. Individualized rehabilitation plans ensure our patients reach their maximum potential and return home as soon as possible.
